Ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131nda saat 22:00 ile 08:00 aras\u0131nda ve 13:00 ile 15:00 aras\u0131nda m\u00fczik \u00e7al\u0131nmas\u0131na izin verilmez. Radyo, televizyon ve di\u011fer fonograf cihazlar\u0131 oda sesine ayarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yukar\u0131da belirtilen s\u00fcreler boyunca el sanatlar\u0131 faaliyetlerine de izin verilmemektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc kirlili\u011fi nedeniyle ak\u015fam 22:00 ile sabah 07:00 aras\u0131nda du\u015f ve k\u00fcvet kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Hal\u0131lar\u0131n, battaniyelerin ve di\u011fer nesnelerin d\u00f6v\u00fclmesi yaln\u0131zca -varsa- yerde veya bu ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in belirlenmi\u015f ba\u015fka bir yerde yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yerel y\u00f6netmeliklere uyulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Biriken her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kir derhal uygun \u015fekilde imha edilmelidir. Pencereden veya balkondan d\u0131\u015far\u0131 vurmak ve temizlik yapmak yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc motorlu arac\u0131n park edilmesine, temizlenmesine, bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m\u0131na izin verilmez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Ev sahibi taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bah\u00e7ede oynamas\u0131na izin verilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>II. Ev sakinlerinin bak\u0131m g\u00f6revleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. 01.04. &#8211; 30.04.2010 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ev ve avlu kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, ev giri\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131 hari\u00e7, kiralanan m\u00fclke di\u011fer eri\u015fim kap\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. 31.10&#8217;a kadar. saat 22:00&#8217;de, y\u0131l\u0131n geri kalan\u0131nda ise saat 21:00&#8217;de. Kirac\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015fen temizlik g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirirken, yaln\u0131zca temizlenecek malzemeye zarar vermeyen temizlik maddelerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Ta\u015f\u0131ma yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren kirac\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131ma s\u0131ras\u0131nda kirlenen y\u00fczeylerin temizlenmesini sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. \u00c7ocuk arabalar\u0131n\u0131n koridora park edilmesine izin verilmez. Koridorlara veya merdiven sahanl\u0131klar\u0131na her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ba\u015fka nesnenin yerle\u015ftirilmesi yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Balkonlarda mangal yapmak ve ate\u015f yakmak yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7. \u00c7i\u00e7ek kutular\u0131 veya saks\u0131lar, ancak d\u00fc\u015fmeye kar\u015f\u0131 yeterince emniyete al\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 takdirde pencerelerin bulundu\u011fu alana yerle\u015ftirilebilir veya ba\u015fka bir \u015fekilde tak\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8. \u00c7at\u0131 pencereleri ve \u00e7at\u0131 kapaklar\u0131 her zaman tespit edilmelidir. F\u0131rt\u0131nal\u0131 ve ya\u011fmurlu havalarda, s\u00f6z konusu zamanda kurutma \u00e7at\u0131 kat\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenli olarak kullanan kirac\u0131, uygun \u015fekilde kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9. Koridora\/merdivenlere paten, tekerlekli paten ve benzerleri ile girmek ve y\u00fcr\u00fcmek yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10. Duvar alanlar\u0131na d\u00fcbel, \u00e7ivi veya ba\u015fka nesneler takarken, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye uygun kullan\u0131m s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece, gaz ve elektrik besleme hatlar\u0131n\u0131n veya su ta\u015f\u0131yan borular\u0131n zarar g\u00f6rmemesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Karolar\u0131n do\u011frudan delinmesine yaln\u0131zca teknik nedenlerden dolay\u0131 zorunlu ve ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olmas\u0131 halinde izin verilir. Her kirac\u0131 kendi dairesine \u00e7\u0131kan koridor alan\u0131n\u0131, merdivenleri ve ortak kullan\u0131lan tuvaletleri haftada iki kez iyice temizlemekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Alanlar di\u011fer g\u00fcnlerde de temiz tutulmal\u0131 ve yo\u011fun kirlenme durumunda ayr\u0131 olarak temizlenmelidir. Bir katta birden fazla daire varsa, kirac\u0131lar s\u0131rayla temizlik yapacakt\u0131r. Pencereler, kap\u0131 panelleri, sahanl\u0131klar ve merdiven sahanl\u0131klar\u0131 da haftada iki kez d\u00fczenli olarak temizlenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Her kirac\u0131 kendi mahzeninin ve \u0131\u015f\u0131k kuyular\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ilgili mahzen pencerelerinin, \u00e7er\u00e7eveli d\u00fcz pencerelerin ve pencere pervazlar\u0131n\u0131n temizli\u011fiyle ilgilenecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Kirac\u0131n\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131 durumunda, kirac\u0131 uygun bir yedek temin edecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ha\u015farat istilas\u0131 derhal ev sahibine bildirilmelidir. Ha\u015ferelerden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak ve hijyen a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, mutfak at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n derhal ve uygun \u015fekilde sa\u011flanan konteynerlere yerle\u015ftirilmesi ve konteynerlerin bo\u015falt\u0131lana kadar kapal\u0131 tutulmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV. Ortak tesislerin kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. T\u00fcm kirac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan tesisler varsa (\u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r odas\u0131\/kurutma odalar\u0131), ev sahibi bir kullan\u0131m \u00e7izelgesi haz\u0131rlayarak ilgili kullan\u0131m zamanlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyecektir. Tesislerin kullan\u0131m\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklu ailelere \u00f6ncelik verilecektir.<br>2. ilgili odalar, kullan\u0131m s\u00fcresinin sonunda ilgili kullan\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan uygun \u015fekilde temizlenecektir.<br>3. Hak sahibi olduklar\u0131 kullan\u0131m s\u00fcresi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ortak alanlar\u0131 kullanmak isteyen kirac\u0131lar, s\u00f6z konusu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde bunu yapma hakk\u0131na sahip olan kirac\u0131 ile \u00f6nceden anla\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br>4. Kiler, tavan aras\u0131 ve benzeri odalara a\u00e7\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131klarla girilmemelidir.<br>Soba kurarken veya \u015f\u00f6mine (a\u00e7\u0131k \u015f\u00f6mine) kullan\u0131rken, uygun g\u00fcvenlik d\u00fczenlemelerine uyulmal\u0131d\u0131r; \u00f6zellikle zeminler ate\u015fin ve \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 uygun \u015fekilde korunmal\u0131d\u0131r.
